I searched the help files and checked the management page. I know it is possible because I renamed it once, now the option is no where to be found.

Go under Account, and then the PLAN menu on the Left, scroll down the page and you ill see the Repository name and a button to rename it

Thank you, after not finding it in the documentation I was looking all over the Repository Administration page thinking it must be there.

I couldn't find instructions in our public documentation either. Brought it up with our documentation team and they're going to fix it.
