Does Laserfiche Payment Gateway Integrations with Authorize.Net or BrainTree support processing refunds?

Hi All,

 

I have a client enquiring about processing refunds using one of the supported payment gateways with Laserfiche Forms. 

The use case is Client accept payment/deposit for an event booking using Laserfiche Form/Payment Gateway. The deposit made include a refundable amount which needs to be credited back after the completion of event. Is this is possible using Laserfiche Forms with any of the supported Payment Gateways?

Can you process refunds with any of the supported Payment Gateways using Laserfiche Forms?

There is no out-of-box solution to support this in Laserfiche Forms; you may note down the transaction id on Forms instance detail page and process the refund by yourself on payment websites.
