We recently put in to Canon DR-M260 scanners. This has been tested with the LF client at 9 and 11.

• I connected to the scanner using the Scan Source "WIA Scan Engine". With that, my Paper Source options are Feeder and Duplex. There is no option to change to using the "Default scanner software".
  • When we scan using the Paper Source: Feeder, they work great.
  • When I change to Paper Source: Duplex, I get the error:

An unknown error has occurred during scanning. Please check all connections and that the power is on.

• If I connect to the scanner using TWAIN and connect to "WIA-CANON DR-M260 USB" my only Paper Source options are Automatic and Feeder. Also if I change to use the "Default scanner software" I still only have Document Feeder and the Page Size doesn't stick to Letter.

• If I connect to the scanner using ScanConnect, I can't. There are no scanners listed in the Scanner Selection screen.

The two seemingly similar items I've found on this site are "Contact your VAR" and "Install the ISIS driver". I've installed the most recent ISIS/TWAIN driver for the scanner ( https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-dr-m260-office-document-scanner ). I've also contacted my VAR but thought I'd drop a message here too.
