The PDF generator was unable to contact the Laserfiche Forms server. Please ensure your SSL settings are correct.

We recently migrated servers and now our External Forms/Public facing forms are not working.  And we are getting this error message in Event Viewer on the server.  There was a change done in the Firewall for the forms to display, however no errors when hitting submit, forms look like they submit, BUT there are no emails coming through that a form was submitted and it is suspended at send an email to the users in the Forms Monitor.

Hi Kristin,

I don't know that this will fix your issue without diving into it deeper, but this could be worth a shot. If you go to Formsconfig -> Forms Server, you'll see a checkbox that says "Accept invalid certificate when generating PDF." Screenshow below:

If that's not checked for your installation, you could try checking that box and seeing if your issue clears up while looking for a more permanent fix.

Hi Kristin,

The form attached in email is generated by Laserfiche Forms Routing service, so in theory it should not affect if you just migrate your public forms server since the public and internal servers are using same routing service. Could you contact your VAR and open a support case to look into your issue?

Thank you all.  We did find the issue on our end, a Java Script file still pointing to an old server.  Odd because it was an internal server which errored out the External Form.
