What would cause Overview to show different Full Lic count than exported list?

Hello!

We are doing a full license audit and realized that the overview count is 155/286 and when I go into Accounts tab and sort on Full License and export the results I only get 130 users.

Can anyone explain that to us please?

You will also want to check your Laserfiche Server licenses and see if any licenses were assigned directly to the servers.

Will do and let you know.  I know 2 service accounts were but let me check the LFServer.  We just upgraded to 11 about a month ago also.  Thanks!!
