Hi, 

We have a customer who want to get a features in Laserfiche like the following:

1. Chat feature that allow admins to manage chat channels between groups of users (Repositories or Forms)
2. Related searches/Suggested searches feature in repository that show related searches on search results page based on the search inputs even in case there are no results from the main search, regardless of the search type (templates fields search, text search, annotations, … etc.)

I know that these features are not available currently in this scenarios, but the customer want to know and get the following from Laserfiche:

1. A confirmation from Laserfiche that these features are not available in the current on-premise Laserfiche system.
2. If there are any plans or roadmaps to include these feature in Laserfiche system.

I appreciate the confirmations from Laserfiche to provide the customer with as per his request.
