Unable to send an email. [LFF2000-EmailSubmissionFailure]

Hello

Forms sends me the following error:

Hi Marco,

 

From the error "The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Authentication Required", what is your Forms version? what kind of SMTP server you are using right now? Can you check the credentials you entered is authorized before sending test email?

 

I'd recommend you open a support case to investigate further.

Hi Zhiyong

 

Forms version is 11

The SMTP is smtp.gmail.com

I already checked the sender's credentials and they are correct.
