A couple of questions

Hello, I am currently trying to create a contract process in Forms Professional 11 and had some questions.

The picture attached is the flow that I am working on.

I want a user to be able to open documents, previously uploaded by another user, in a separate browser tab without them having to download every file. Is this possible?
In my process, I have the department head sign the form, then the attorney signs and if the attorney rejects the form, then the department head and the attorney have to resign the form, which is time-consuming and redundant. Is there any way to fix this so they do not have to resign anything?

For upload fields there is a display on form option. Now when a user opens that submission from the action pane, the pop up window will include their submission with all their uploads as images on the form (depending on if the document type is supported).

Regarding number 2. If they don't need to sign again, why are they being assigning tasks for them to do so? I think there is something missing here about an action your trying to have them do without them having to sign.

1. That sounds like exactly what I want, but either the display on form option is not in this edition or I don't know where it is. I am on Forms Professional 11.

2. The way the process works is that the attorney signs and rejects the form sent and signed by the department head, then the department head gets the contract back and there's something with the way the form is that it asks for their signature again. I guess I could make a separate form for when the department head gets the form back again, and then another one for the attorney that also has that field filled out already, probably just make them read-only.

When you add the File Upload button on your form it is a Field Option to show the uploaded images.

I think the confusion here is that I'm using the web client and not Laserfiche Cloud. Is there anything I can do from the web client?

I'm self hosted as well - my screen shot was from the classic designer and yours is from the modern designer. However I did look at it in the modern designer and I do have that option:

I'm not sure when this was added it may have been in Forms 11 update 1 or 2. I'm on Forms 11 update 2.

If you click on your user name while in forms and select about it will show which version you're on.

Here's what mine says -

It was added in update 2. https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014352/list-of-changes-for-laserfiche-forms-11-update-2

You will need to update your forms to get that option.

Ok, so I am now on 11 Update 3 and while I love the previewer and it's almost exactly what I want, is there any way to preview Office documents (word, excel) or do I have to convert those to PDFs?
