I have a situation where 2 views fill selection options for a table under Lookup rules:

#1: Pulls all names from a view (then based on selection a second fill puts in the ID to to the table)

#2 Pull names and Id's from another view and adds rows based on that.

Here is how the form is behaving

1. there is initially nothing to select in the list, but if you click "add new row" then you get the values populating.

Notes: If I do #1 above alone (remove #2) it works,  If I do #2 above (remove #1) it works.

So the issue appears to be trying to fill the "name" and member in the table using several lookup rules

It feels like this might not be possible, but looking for suggestions
