Web Client timeout issues (versions11)

Client is reporting that in Web Client, their sessions get timed out after about 30 minutes or so. Web Client is configured to authenticate using LFDS. We have increased the WebSTS configuration to timeout after 10 hours but that doesn't help.

Is there anywhere else that we can increase the timeout?

Can you describe exactly what the users see when their session expires? With LFDS authentication in the mix, there are a lot of timeouts that can appear similar to the end user, but will have different root causes.

Here is a screenshot of what the Client sees:

 

Client doesn't have any SAML identity provider configured. They simply have Windows Accounts.
