It is great that we have the ability in on-prem Forms to use variables when we assign tasks but I am hoping Forms will expand on that and let us use them in other activity names, such as "Email Service Task" and "Task Reminder". 

Essentially I am wanting to put the person's name and email address into the task name, that the both of these used when sending an email.  The goal is so that when someone looks at the history for the form, they can easily see who the email was sent to for that step.

This could also be handy to have in ALL of the Forms activities.   Any chance for this functionality being added in future versions of on-prem Forms?
