I was trying to help someone that posted a Forms question recently and discovered that an option wasn't available because I got it confused with what Workflow offers.

In Workflow there are Global variables that can be used to configure conditions. There are quite a few that are also available in Forms such as Initiator, Starte Date Time, etc. A few that are missing in Forms though are Date and Time.

Date and Time would be very useful when creating date related calculations based on what the current date/time is without having to use an extra field. The "current_date" variable is available to use when setting the default date in a date field, but it doesn't seem to be available outside of that.
