Integration for transcription of audios and videos

Hi,

We are looking for the integration of some tool for the transcription of audios and videos, very similar to the functionality that Laserfiche Cloud has for this purpose.

Hi David,

The basic approach would be to use Workflow to send audio/video files to a transcription service API like Azure Cognitive Services Speech-to-Text or AWS Amazon Transcribe, get the transcription text back, and then use a Workflow SDK Script activity to update the entry's "document text" with the transcription.
