how do i change value of a filed on a submitted form in laserfiche 11

Assuming this submitted form is still in process and not completed:

- Go to Monitor the Business Process

- Select the instance you need to edit

- Select Variables, then Edit

This will bring up a list of all variables that were entered. You can edit as needed. I would make a comment so there is a record of the editing.

- Select Save

Thanks for the reply, but the instance is completed and there is no edit button available.

Since it is complete, you cannot edit the variables on the form side.

If it is saved to the repository with a template, you "could" change that value there, but not sure if that is what you are looking for either.

If you are on Forms 11 Update 3, and your User Task is not within a Subprocess, there is now an option to re-do a completed user Task on the completed instance.
