Full form not downloading to repository from Forms submission

I have several Forms processes that download to a repository after submission. The one I am working with now saves, but not the full view of the form, only the portions at the top of the form that are visible prior to database lookups that authenticate the user. We are using the similar database lookups for authentication in other Forms processes without an issue.

I have attached a document that shows what I see (page 1), vs what I should see (page 2) in the repository.

We are using the web client and are on version 11 of Forms.

Check the 'save' options of your save to repository task. If you have multiple forms in the process you may not be saving the form you're expecting to see.

Thanks for your reply! I've checked that and I have even changed the form I'm choosing to save there to see what result I get and the same thing happens with other forms in the process.

Hi Vikki,

What is the detailed Forms version you are using?

What is the option for the save to repository service that saves the form?

And as you said you have tried saving a different form, did the issue exist if you use a blank form?

The answers to your questions are below, but I finally did get this to work. I removed every variable that was not showing on the form from the form and then added them each back to the form. For some reason, this resolved the issue and now the full form downloads to the repository with all fields, not just the first few. I changed nothing about the variables, literally just removed them and added them back to the form from the variables list. I've never experienced anything like this before.

(3) I never tried a "blank" form, I was getting the form and the first few variables, just not the rest of the variables on the form.

We have never experienced anything like this before either.

I was suspecting that your form has Saved Page Orientation set to landscape and there was some custom script errors on the printed form which blocked the form from being rendered. But it should have nothing to do with the variables.

Anyway glad to see it resolved.

I wanted to mention that this issue resurfaced on a new form and the above solution did not work, our LF partner suggested that I remove the Field Rules from the version that is dropped to the repository and that worked. We both agree that there seems to be some sort of bug causing these issues. This case was very frustrating as the process was working flawlessly until I made a couple of small requested changes to the live form (added one variable and changed an upload variable) and after that all that was visible on the repository form was the data entered before authentication.
