We have several instances of where being able to take the values of two fields (numbers, currency, etc.) and do some kind of arithmetic with them to create a new value and display it in a new column would be very useful. We would also like to be able to do something similar with date and time fields, such as to determine the number of days a task has been assigned to create a type of aging report. I know we could create variables on the form itself to calculate these, but we would not use these values on the form and would only use them in the report.
