Forms data source with Azure authentication

I am trying to connect a our Dynamics CRM as a Data Source in Forms. However, the Dynamics CRM SQL database uses Azure Authentication.
Is it possible for Forms to connect to a db that uses Azure Authentication?

I haven't done this with Azure Authentication before but seems that when you setup the data source you should be able use an account that is in Azure AD?

If this doesn't work, it's likely because I don't think Forms even loads the AAD SQL auth library. You'll likely have to set up replication from Dynamic 365 to an Azure SQL Database instance via the Data Export Service. That supports username/pw auth so you can connect it as a Forms data source.
