We have an issue where the users cannot use the Connector to open the scanning and setup all the fields for the template because when they go to save the document they get an Access Denied error. If they open the scanning from the folder on the webserver, it works just fine. I see that others have had this issue, but no one every says if they figured a way around it. Connector is saving to the same folder that they would be using the website to scan into.

Please open a support case so we can get trace logs that can be used to troubleshoot the problem.

I would like to open a support case, but I haven't found a way that I can.
We did find a work around, if you choose the Laserfiche Client, even though we don't have it installed, it works just as it should.
