Hello,
Customer reached out to us with the following issue they are encountering since updating their LF to version 11.
"In the Windows LF 11 Client receiving new error message when attempting to type a value into a metadata list field when the value does not already exist in the list. This error message is new since we updated to Laserfiche 11. Previously, we were able to manually type a value into the field if it did not exist in the predefined list."
The List field is not a Dynamic Field.
They have the MaxDropDown settings listed in their attributes, which allowed for them to manually type the name in the List field to populate the item.
Anyone else come across this issue in the LF 11 Windows Client.
