Hello ,

In the Quick field session,

How to show the thumbnails of the document in the lower part, as attached. Also how to make the document deleted from the working folder after the processing?

Select View on the toolbar, then go to Panes\Thumbnails.

As for deleting documents after processing, that would depend on the scan source you are using. For Universal Capture see this help page. For Laserfiche Capture Engine, see this one.
