On Mobile App, can a phone's Voice option be used to fill fields

Today, I was asked if our outdoor workers could use their phone's voice-to-text option to fill in the fields on the forms they are to fill out before starting their day's work (hazard assessments, pre-trip inspections, etc).  Is this being done by anyone?  Our staff use iPhones.

I have an Android phone (Samsung S22), but this might work with iOS devices too.  On a single or multi-line field, my phone's keyboard gives me a MIC option, where I can do speech-to-text right into the field.  Works just fine.  

 

It doesn't work with lists or dates, though.
