Create PDF from .DOCX and apply a stamp LF Cloud

Hi working in LF cloud with a .docx file that needs to process through a workflow.  We must generate a PDF and Apply a stamp.  LF has actions for both these functions however the workflow fails because no page has been generated.  There is no tool or option to generate a page in workflow? Is there a way to generate a PDF and apply a stamp in a single flow?

Looks like its a manual task to create pages in batch mode and then a separate workflow can apply a stamp. There is no capacity to create a pdf and stamp it in one workflow?
