My webaccess import preview pane width attribute constantly gets set to -1 and will not save the resized width. How can I get it to remember the size and keep it from reverting to -1?
I've played around a bit with the import dialog and haven't been able to reproduce this behavior. If it happens consistently for you, can you describe the steps you are taking? Do you know if other people in your organization are running into this?
The screenshot below shows my import preview pane width attribute setting
The preview pane width is very small when dragging and dropping a document into the web client.
I can resize the pane to view the preview better and the attribute changes.
But the setting doesn't stick as the next document imported the preview pane looks like image #1
And the attribute is reset back to -1.
I don't think anyone else is having this issue or at least they haven't said anything. I tried resetting all settings to no avail.
