How to create Apps & Key for DocuSign ?

Hello to all.

I am trying to install DocuSign for Laserfiche but I am having a lot of trouble.

I am trying to create an integration key in DocuSign eSignature (https://admin.docusign.com/apps-and-keys). (It seems to me that this is necessary for the continuation of the operations).

In the "Apps and Integration Keys" section, I have the following message:
"You cannot create an integration key in production. To create an integration key, use your developer account."

I click on the link and I arrive on the "demo" version (https://admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys).

1. Why do I arrive on the demo URL link and not the developper URL?

Next, I noticed that the account name and ID are different even though I entered the same logins.

2. Why my account ID is not the same (even though I entered the same login)?

3. I created my integration key in "demo", now how can I switch it to production?

Every time I try to connect the DocuSign account to Laserfiche, I get an unknown error.

In the Windows logs, depending on the APIAccountId or integratorsKey I enter, I either get the error message:
1. "One or both of Username and Password are invalid."
or
2. "No valid DocuSign API credentials found".

Pour configurer l'intégration DocuSign dans Laserfiche ou autre il faut passer par le bac à sable (https://admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys) pour générer les clefs API d'intégration

2. Why my account ID is not the same (even though I entered the same login)
L'identifiant de compte sert uniquement pour se connecter au portail DocuSign il n'est plus utilisé par la suite dans les échanges Laserfiche DocuSign.
Un token sera utilisé à la place.

Avant de swithcher en production, il faut utiliser le bac à sable dans lequel on créait les API Key.
Dans l'interface DocuSign on indique pour l'APi Key en question qu'on passe en mode évaluation.
Il faut au minimum faire 20 appels réussis à DS pour rendre élligible cette clef pour la production.
Après il y a une procédure qui se fait depuis la plateforme de production DocuSign qui permet d'accepter l'API Key du bac à sable et de l'enregistrer.

Dans Lasrfiche l'identifiant à utiliser est celui de la sandbox DS
Mais avant d'utiliser cet identifiant il faut configurer sur le serveur LF la connexion DS, onglet "Services"
http://localhost/laserfiche/configuration/
Il vous sera demandé le nom DS ainsi que la clef d'identification = "API Account ID" et non le "User ID"

Enfin il vous faudra paramétrer sur le serveur LF le retour des réponses envoyées par DS en installant le composant "DocuSignConnectService"
Requis: disposer d'une adresse publique pour ce serveur avec un certificat SSL valide

Hello Friend,

I am trying to implement Docusign with LF and we got below two error.

1. "One or both of Username and Password are invalid."
or

2. Unknow Error

Please tell me what is the problem . Kindly help me out for this problem if already resolved.
