Has anyone else come across this error in Laserfiche Cloud when configuring the DocuSign integration? Not sure if it's because of the switch that was announced late last year (https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/202626/Updated-DocuSign-Configuration-Steps-for-Compliance-with-DocuSign-Security-Updates).
I followed the instructions here: https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/en-us/Content/DocuSign_Config.htm
But I'm running into "One or both of username and password are invalid" when attempting to send the envelope. The strange thing is that I can see the template options and enter the recipient information.
