"One or both of username and password are invalid" when setting up DocuSign for LF Cloud

Has anyone else come across this error in Laserfiche Cloud when configuring the DocuSign integration? Not sure if it's because of the switch that was announced late last year (https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/202626/Updated-DocuSign-Configuration-Steps-for-Compliance-with-DocuSign-Security-Updates). 

I followed the instructions here: https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/en-us/Content/DocuSign_Config.htm

But I'm running into "One or both of username and password are invalid" when attempting to send the envelope. The strange thing is that I can see the template options and enter the recipient information.

Have you got any resolution please share it to me.

 

We are having same issue since month.
