Customer reached out to state when they run a custom WL search, they receive the results, but when they scroll down the list of results, the Column displayed images become grey blank view (Screenshot below from their search-I whited out the 1st entry as there was customer data).

As you can see the search only returns 34 results.

Documents are PDF's.

Only thing I can think of, this search has approximately 20 columns it returns in the results.

Is there a potential performance hit by using that many columns in a search?

Customer is going to try the search again, using only 4-5 columns to if the issue replicates itself.
