How to freeze assign option in user level ?

Hello Team,

we have check reassign option is used to every user but i want to change.

Reassign option are use in only admin. please find the attachment.

This is set in the User Task configuration.

If you uncheck the box, only users with higher-level permissions like System Administrators, Process Admins, and Team Managers should be able to reassign the tasks.
