Hello,

A customer of ours who has SSO setup for their Laserfiche Cloud repo has noticed that users who access the repo via the Windows Client are prompted to go through the sign-in process each time they open Laserfiche, even if they are actively signed into their SSO provider.

This defeats part of the purpose of SSO (reducing sign-ins) so they are wondering what kinds of options exist to prevent this from happening (or at least reduce the burden of the sign-in process).
