Where do I define the css class in Cloud?

There's a place in each field to input the class names, but nowhere to define the classes themselves.

I switched to classic forms and it was easy to figure out. I guess I'll just use classic.

Hi Chad-

I have on-prem, not cloud, but if it's anything like the latest on-prem version, you'll find CSS as a tab under the theme/style area.
