Custom Report Showing All Variables

asked on January 10, 2023

Happy New Year Everyone!

I created a custom report for a customer. The issue I'm having is that it creates multiple columns for each variable. In Forms, I have a single line variable "Grade" and a radio "Yes or No". How can I fix this to where it would only show the original column?

Thank you, Rui, that worked if I wanted to download or email the report.  I also tried to uncheck the "Include retained instance statistics" while editing the report and that also worked if I wanted to create a scheduled report.

It would help to be able to see the custom report setup and the report schedule job. Is the custom report a table? Are you saving as CSV? If so, try XLSX instead and see if that result is any different.

Hi Kevin,

Sorry for the late response. Yes, the custom report is a table and is saved as a CSV file.
