LFDS Sync Error after relicensing. - [Laserfiche.LicenseManager.LMFault]' while trying to renew a token. System.ServiceModel.FaultException

We renewed our annual license yesterday. Our LFDS sync is failing and kicking out this error with event ID 26 saying "[Laserfiche.LicenseManager.LMFault]' while trying to renew a token. System.ServiceModel.FaultException" I'm not sure where we went wrong everything else seems to be operating as expected.  

Has anyone else solved this before?

Update: the sync ran as scheduled and worked. The error showed up again in the log. Maybe we have some issue in our environment that is jamming up the works.

It's hard to say. My notes aren't the best from that day. Had two issues going on at the same time. 

1. The licenses didn't apply correctly so they needed to be dropped down in the proper spots manually. That might have been the issue main issue. 

2. I had some account coming in that wasn't set up right. I think this was a red herring confusing me about what was wrong with licensing.

Note: 

Something about our licensing isn't totally right in the first place. I think we have a ticket in that was kicked up to LF by our var about our workflow licensing not showing up.
