Using the new Forms Designer in Forms Update 3, I have a signature field for the first step of the process. Using field rules to set it as read-only for later steps makes it so that later users cannot use that signature field (good). However, it removes the signature that was set earlier in the process (bad).

I tried flipping the logic and making the field read-only on the form and using the field rule to enable it, but that didn't work, it just remained read-only.

Basically, this means signatures cannot be used with the New Designer prior to the final step of the process.
