The document didn't meet the identification criteria for any document classes (i.e. wasn't assigned a document class), so it can't be "reprocessed".  Instead, you need to use the option above it to manually assign it a document class (which will process the document accordingly). 

Or you can figure out why the document wasn't identified and, optionally, adjust the identification criteria of the document class you expected would be assigned.
