We're having some problems with people signing into Laserfiche on mobile. Either via the app, or through a Forms link requiring a login. Logging in via SAML works fine on PC, but on mobile, it's inconvenient. I'm not sure if it's something with the Microsoft configuration or the Laserfiche configuration.
On Android, when I try using the Laserfiche app, most of the time I sign in via SAML, it takes me right back to the login page after entering my MFA code. So it becomes an infinite loop of logins and I'm unable to access the Laserfiche app at all.
On iOS, a user is trying to access a LF form via the Sharepoint app. When they log in, it does not save their session and they always have to sign in again via SAML each time they open the app. They should already be logged in since they're single-signed onto Sharepoint with their same credentials, but even prompting Microsoft to save and "don't ask again" regarding logins, it always prompts to login (email, password, and MFA) each time they click the link to the Laserfiche form.
So, instead I had the same user log into the Laserfiche app. When they do so and the MFA prompt comes up and is accepted, the prompt to approve MFA never disappears. Almost like they never accepted the MFA prompt, but they have. Restarting the phone does not help.
Again, I'm unsure where the fault of these issues lie, but the Microsoft single-sign in login works on Microsoft apps on mobile, but not for the Laserfiche app.
Attached is the config for SAML on our Laserfiche account.
