I would think you would need to contact Barracuda networks to find out why since it is their appliance that is blocking it.

Are you trying to have your process send from an @laserfiche.com domain address? If so, that is likely part of the issue because things like Barracuda will usually flag that as "spoofing"

yes the notification is sent from Laserfiche Notification <donotreply@laserfiche.com>. I have informed the client to allow in their Barracuda settings. Is there any other solution?

Thank you.

When you say it is sent from Laserfiche Notification, do you mean it is being sent from Laserfiche (the company), or is it being sent from an internal system?

If the email is being sent by an in-house process, I would recommend using the local domain rather than the Laserfiche company domain.

Either way, you'll need to check the Barracuda settings because that's where the filtering decisions are actually occurring.

Is this LF Cloud? If so, then the @laserfiche.com address may be expected.

What I meant to ask is whether the emails are being sent through one of your own servers, but if it is coming from LF Cloud then I'm not sure if that is something you can change.

The biggest thing is still the Barracuda settings.

yes Its laserfiche cloud. Thank you Jason.

I will have to inform the IT dept at the clients to allow laserfiche emails in their Barracuda settings.
