Feature Request - Forms

One of our customers has a feature request for Forms. 

 

In the Team Management tab under Administration in Forms, there should be a button to click that shows you which forms and steps the team is used in. This should be just a query and a report. 

 

They have over 150 published forms and would like an easier way to see where certain teams are being used.

 

Please let me know if you would like any further details about this request.

Thanks for the feature request, you want to see the tasks that are assigned to the team or you want to see which user task step has been configured to assign to the team from the process definition? Can you share with us why you want to see such list?

The client wants to see which user task step has been configured to assign to the team.

 

Our client had an employee resign, and they were unable to hire a person with all their skillsets. This caused them to need to break up the team they were on into two teams to break up their duties. 

 

The biggest issue they had with the process was finding all the places the original team was used. Setting up the new teams and changing processes to use the new teams was simple, finding the places they had to make changes was not.

 

They would have liked to see every place a specific team is used to evaluate which new team to use at each location.

Thanks for sharing the use cases with us, we understand why you need such feature now, I will add it to our internal feature requests list and we will evaluate when to work on it when we planning for new releases.
