I have arabic form, direction is rtl
Ihave a filed some times containe arabic and english text
... but variable value is ltr ...
how i can make variable value same as filed value (rtl)

I am not quite understand the question here. Could you elaborate on what variable value and field value are referring to and on which page? It would be helpful to add some screenshot if possible.
when writing Arabic Then English in the input Field or Multiline it came OK , but variable change direction of input filed or Multi line and start by enligh words
the problem when u are using PDF file to save the form data in laserchie PDF file take variable direction (left to right) but i need it right to left

I see the SS of monitor page is in English, so the variable value will be displayed as LTR. Could you try open the page with Arabic browser to see whether variable is RTL?

Please try modify language setting of the user to Arabic and test whether saved form is RTL as expected
