It was just brought to my attention that for the last two weeks the Purchase Order Form has been terminating itself right before the last step which is saving everything in the repository. Is there any way I can get the items from those Forms saved to the repository without having to completely redo each and every one of those Forms?

And I mean any way, can I use a new Form to call up Workflow and have it use the old submission and instance ID to just do a "Save to Repository"? Any thing that is less work then having them all resubmit 300 forms by hand.
