Upload Image to Form from the Mobile App

When I choose Upload, then Upload Image in the Mobile App, I get a white screen with a blue title "Select" and on the screen it just says Recents (1) in text and there are no buttons to press. If I just start touching around with my finger in the white area an orange checkbox shows up in the white space and on the upper right. If I click on it, it adds a random image from my library.

How do you this feature?

What level of permission does the Laserfiche app have to photos on your iOS device? There is a bug when only giving the Laserfiche app permission to "selected photos". This is filed as bug 312412. The feature should work fine if it has access to all photos.

Cool, that was it. It had permissions to only "Selected Photos" and I changed it to All Photos. Now the screen appears correctly

Quick question, how do you extract the form submission together with the uploaded photo?

"Extract"? I am not a heavy user of the mobile app, I prefer Chrome. But we support the app so I go in there only to reproduce issues with differences between Chrome and the App.

Yeah okay. I was wondering how your team report on the Form Submissions together with the photos because that's what i'm having issue right now. Haha
