Task assignment notification

Hi all,

 

Might be something I'm overlooking. I'm simply trying to find a way to notify other users in a team that a task has been re-assigned to someone.

The idea is the task gets emailed to a group(of 4) when one of them assigns the task to them, I need to notify the others that the task has been assigned.

What is the easiest way to achieve this?

Hi Shan,

If the task is defined to assign to a specific team, you may use the CC option on email notification, so when reassign email is sent it would also CC the whole team:
