error code: 6000 invalid stream

Workflow Laserfiche Version 11 Forms

When dragging and dropping a PDF we get the form to select the workflow template. After that, when we finish inputting the data in the form, we click save, and then we get this error: Invalid stream. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error.

This error started suddenly.

I am guessing this is LF 11. You now have to install the shared snapshot to make this all work. You can either go into add\remove programs and change the install or run this from elevated cmd prompt.

"\\servershare\en\WindowsClient\SetupLF.exe" -silent -log "C:\Logs\SnapshotInstall" LFSSADDLOCAL=ALL

I ended up creating a task sequence because I have 50 installs that broke.

We also have a user experiencing this when trying to save a PDF into Laserfiche. Was there a resolution here?
