Hello,

Customer is logging into Forms using Windows Auth/LFDSSTS.

When they click on the blue Windows Auth button they are prompted with a Web Browser credential pop-up box asking for username/pw. The customer enters their username/pw in the credential box and LFDSSTS throws "An error has occurred" error.

Customer clicks on the blue Windows Auth button again and they are then logged into Forms.

We captured a HAR trace.  We see the following error being thrown when the error is shown on the LFDSTS login page.

Is this something we can look up in a web.config file or something we should be looking at the XML Endpoints for LFDSSTS or WEBSTS?
