Customizing the Welcome Page in Weblink Designer for Multiple Repositories

I need the ability to customize the Title and Text for each Welcome Page for the two repositories I have. When I select a repository, the Custom Links and Search Forms can be different; why not the Title and Text? They are two different repositories with two different purposes. Am I doing something wrong?

You can do that by having a virtual directory created for each repository in WebLink. See this help file under "To create a second virtual directory": Changing the Default Virtual Directory.
