I have a customer that has received this error. " Cannot verify license file. The server will shut down in one hour. Logging in with a Laserfiche directory server token will not be allowed. [9529]. Any help is much appreciated. Due to the holiday, I am the only one available to try and fix and I am not super advanced with the backside of LF yet. Thanks!

Hi Wendy,
If you open the Laserfiche Server license file (by default C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server\lf.licx) in an editor, then you can parse through the XML to locate the "LicenseServer" element. The value associated with it should be the name of the server where LFDS is hosted. The error essentially means that the Laserfiche Server cannot connect properly to LFDS over port 5048 to verify the license file.
Please work with the customer to make sure that the connection can be made successfully. Once any impediments are removed, then restart the Laserfiche Server service and see if it can verify the license successfully now.
