Save to Repository is not working for any On Premise Forms business process. There are no error messages. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating to the newest version, changing to using Chrome and Edge, and nothing seems to work.

  1. Support mentioned one similar support ticket that STR was stuck; it turned that that their IT configured some network settings and after IT fixed something it worked again. They didn't let us know what their changed was.
  2. Troubleshooting note on puppeteer that Chromium, Edge, or Chrome (depending on the settings) is launched by puppeteer. However Forms does not seem to be attaching.
  3. We ran the command to launch chromium with parameters like this: "C:\Program Files\Chromium\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-extensions

 

Think it may be a network setting, but no clue what.

Any ideas?
