It seems I can enter pretty much any number into the account ID field and it will take me to the login page.
We had someone mis-type the account ID and never knew, so it lead to being locked out of the system and not knowing what was wrong, since the account ID was only 1 number off.
Would be helpful to at least not accept invalid account IDs if the customer name can not be shown for verification after entering your account ID.
Also: Should not allow you to save your Account ID until a successful login is made, this way the invalid key is not entered only one time when someone is failing to login.
