Is "Archive Folders" a folder in your repository? What you can do with documents in it is going to depend entirely on how your repository was configured. Just judging by the name, it's pretty easy to believe that it was set up so that things in that folder are not modifiable, at least by the majority of users.

If the person who set up the repository isn't available, maybe your Solution Provider could help you figure out the situation. It's pretty hard to do that kind of back-and-forth investigation over a forum.
