Hi,
We've installed the 365 Laserfiche add-in for our tenant and whilst it's appearing fine in Outlook desktop client and on 365 Web Client it isn't auto-populating the Email Template fields (despite these being configured with the relevant defaults).
Has this issue affected anyone else? Do we need to open up any security protocols to enable the info to be accessed or have I possibly missed a step?
