Action History is not showing up for some of our staff members. It used to before we upgraded to 10.4.
There is a known bug that if same user task is completed multiple times in one instance by different users(for example, there is a loop to redirect back to the user task), the task participant may not be able to see the action history. This has been fixed with the coming update of Forms 11 which we plan to release in December.
Does this apply to Cloud too? I notice that when we try to hide the action history this feature is not working. The history is still showing even when hide Action History is selected in details for the initial submission and in the same results when the option is selected in the business process instances.
I have staff who can't see action history on a task which is being looped. We're on Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 11.0.0.543 (Self-Hosted) though. Did the bug not get fixed after all?
Yes, the issue was resolved. My issue was pertaining to having separate a project workspace from global. I had a separate project and under the team for the project I had the analyst role assign to the participant account I was testing with. Once I removed the analyst role for that account from the team, the action history worked correctly. The analyst role is an elevated permission so it override the hide settings.
