LF 11 Client-Blue Beam PDF error "Cannot Display Files of this type" in Electronic File Pane

Hello,

We have a customer who is using the Bluebeam Revu x64 Extreme PDF Writer.

When they go to open a Bluebeam PDF from within the LF Windows Client, they receive the message "Cannot Display Files of this type".

We have verified that they have the "Show PDF files in Electronic File Pane" option checked for View->Open With.

We have run a repair of the LF Client with no luck.

The following Windows updates were installed on the user computer a few days ago and it seems this is when the issue started to happen for the user:

This issue is isolated to just this user.  There are at least 2-3 other users who confirm they do not get this error.

Not sure if anyone else has seen this issue pop-up in the last week or so.

Are you saying that this is specific to pdfs that Bluebeam produces, or do you get that error for all pdfs?

Hello Brian,

Customer's primary PDF application is Bluebeam.

I had them test this process with an Adobe PDF and same issue.

I also had the customer send me a PDF generated in Bluebeam which I tested in my LF 11 Client and I am able to see the electronic file in the viewer.
